Find the right way to work out! Iron House trainers will teach you the correct way to use equipment, and appropriate form and technique for cardiovascular work and free-weight training.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING (3-ON-1 TRAINING)

Small Group training at Iron House will give you the tools you need to get results and have fun all at the same time!
This unique format,allows 3 people to train with a Personal Trainer at the same time. We have several training blocks that you will find to fit your schedule. Small Group Training can be purchased as a monthly membership or individual sessions. All fitness levels will feel comfortable as our trainers format the sessions to the individuals.
